How can i lose weight?

I am a man, 17 years old, 6ft, 14 stone and, of course, big built. I went to the doctor and she did not would give anything to lose weight even though im classified as overweight, there are obvious signs, I have very bad stretch marks on the top of the thighs (front and back), around my waist (side), inside of my biceps and my arms around the armpits. For the past year iv tried many different methods, I tried weight loss pills, cycling two miles every day, running, including hypnosis, nothing works, iv been trying to turn fat into muscle as iv done a lot of weight training in my arms only, it is easy for me to build muscle, because as I said, of course, I'm big built, but theres still a lot of fat. Tell me please, how I can lose this fat and get rid of these stretch marks, I was starting to get insurance, then striae wine and shattered my confidence.

Well im doing this program called P90X. And use a method called "muscle confusion." Because normally you would see results, and finally peaked and would only be for the development of no reason. But with P90X you work hard to the point of feeling drunk and lost and mixed up videos every day. Theres three things you can do that is the "Classic" version to remove the fat and gain muscle.
