Obesity Explained

I was overweight, out of shape I was in the category of possible heart attack, diabetes, stroke, and a variety of other diseases with obesity. If I went to the theater out of breath I would walk to the back rows. I was 46, and was 110 kilos overweight. I had tried weak many attempts at weight loss. I had tried all kinds of diet plans that I look back now, as being nothing more than fad diets designed for people who were trying to make a profit on my quest for finding solutions to weight loss. I sat through season after season TV show The Biggest Loser, and always sat on the couch wanting to do something about my ever-expanding waistline. It was not until last season I went to the doctor's office for a routine physical examination that the full impact of my weight hit me. The doctor told me in a matter of fact way that if I did not lose weight that would become diabetes. Curiously, the sound was indifferent to the statement that I woke my imminent reality. I went home that night and there I was, back in front of the TV watching the biggest loser. Jillian Michaels saw leading his people towards weight loss. He inspired me.

No wanted to meet a celebrity in my life. In fact, there were times in my life I did not cross the street to catch sight of an actor or an athlete in sports. I never had any interest, because I always thought they were just people and really cared. That was until I was inspired by my efforts to lose weight not only by The Biggest Loser, but more importantly by Jillian Michaels. As time passed I began to lose weight myself and apply what they said on their shows. Maybe it was the way she went to her weight loss training that inspired me. Having served in the military kind of like going back in time to a period in the physical state was much easier for me to get.

Jillian Michaels has become the first celebrity I'd like to meet. His approach to the loss of weight is not nonsense, in your face approach we rarely see in today's world. With everyone trying to be as politically correct and afraid that someone will be offended, Jillian Michaels shoots straight from the hip and pins his apologies to the wall. The interesting thing about their approach is the compassion that she shows it works. As one of the millions of anonymous in the world of television, I'd love for a while at the ranch to work on my weight loss. I'd love to know the inspiration which has enabled me to throw 45 pounds in my weight loss journey.

As time has marked distance I was able to take the lessons of Jillian and use them in my life. I searched and joined his affiliate weight loss program and have been able to drop some pounds. Because knowledge and attitude that has shown me that I was able to be healthier, as I lost weight. Through his teachings I have learned that weight loss does not mean a diet of deprivation. I bought his books and have become a real believer in what he says to those who want to lose weight. I was able to realize that all my failed attempts at weight loss is over and a new me was emerging. Jillian has shown me that a change of life could and would take place if he wanted to be strong enough. Jillian Michaels attitude combined with diet and nutrition in the work so well in my life that is a breath of fresh air in today's world of weight loss. Your weight loss program is a proven success that most people benefit from applying on their own lives. Jillian Michaels became my hero of Hollywood in the first place.
