2 weeks diet plan

Can anyone recommend a two-week diet plan to lose 10 lbs?

I know its not very healthy, but I broke with my bf last month have and weight gain in some. I want to lose like 10 £ 13 October. Probably not happen huh? LOL

It's not very realistic or healthy at all. Weight loss is a result of the calories consumed fewer calories than used. This is not a long-term diet plan by any stretch of the imagination, but I want just say, cut out all (and I mean All) carbohydrates for the next two weeks. Eat meat, cheese and eggs only. Do not drink carbonated or sugary drinks, not 100% fruit juice. Drink water, and lots of it. Exercise was perceived as never before. 3-4 hours per day, if possible. You do it on The Biggest Loser, why can Do not you? Just do not try to maintain this kind of routine for a long time. Like I said, its definitely not healthy. I hope no one I diamonds, because I just try to answer your question. I would not recommend this, but if you try to achieve this goal are set, this is a possibility, it to do.
