How can I thicken and increase hair growth?

What can I do to improve my fitness and to thicken the hair. I am finding hair and female, after my two children is much thinner, not so much on the back (it is long), but on the front of my scalp. I have a good diet is my Dyed hair, but not excessively. What vitamins, minerals, would improve the thickness increases the fastest? I have for fish oils in omega 6.3 a few weeks.

Hello, my mother had the same problem, tried henna, the improved appearance of hair. You can also try to take Vitamins. B-vitamins – green vegetables veg. Vitamin C – Fruits & Vegetables.
