easy diet meal plans
Does anyone have a wheat diet plan, what they have for each meal?
I am looking for suggestions and ideas on how to avoid it, only without wheat wheat free bread. I'm all for diversity, search and easy to prepare and interesting food, not just rice bubbles for breakfast every morning. I have a set of food allergies but wheat is the strongest and most frequent carrying. I am looking for a plan or an official or leader of a personal one. Each Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
I have celiac disease, I have to avoid wheat, Spelt, barley, rye and oats. Please read the labels on Food is prepared, how many of them have modified food starch (usually wheat) or caramel (Often wheat). Even the most brands of soy sauce contain wheat. I do not have a formal "plan", but I can give you a few examples: Breakfast: yogurt with fruit and chopped, roasted nuts, eggs, grits gluten-free gluten-free grain toast instead of waffles lox and cream cheese on a rice cake (not the same as a bagel, but …) Lunch: homemade soup, salads, many vacuum Indian meals (to be microwaved pb) and honey on rice cakes Dinner: all meat, fish or chicken, roast only, grill or poach a variety of vegetables, Fruit or sorbet or ice cream for dessert Hope this helps!
