Diet after the removal of gallstones?

My wife has just remove gallstones and was recommended for a low fat diet. what they can eat? a good recipe?

Having to eat since their gallbladder removed can my sister is anything but cheese, possibly related to fat content, they also anything with alcohol, it just goes straight to his head and after a drink they can drink is drunk.
