diet ideas for gestational diabetes

my baby is big !!!!!!?

Hello ladies and gentlemen, I have gestational diabetes, follow a strict diet and insulin injections twice a day, I am 35 weeks pregnant, so I had an appointment with me today if they checked me out and I was told that our baby baby much larger then he should be after the 35th Week of pregnancy, so I am freaking over this, no one has had experience with this? I'm confused, I do not know if I saw him early on Bringing world, I must confess I'm worried because I try the idea to push hate out a 10-pound baby, does anyone know if a C-section is normally under these Might do? Help!

I do not know how big it is, I did buy a 9 lb baby. It is probably a C-section just because it has a larger baby. I do not want to early on the delivery time concerns, most doctors say 36 weeks full term. So be prepared, he would go to a neonatal intensive care unit Monitor their blood sugar. Big babies have a hard time keeping their planes. Hope this helps!
