Losing weight too fast breastfeeding?

I gave birth to a healthy girl of 11 June. At the time of delivery weighed 176 pounds. I lost 10 pounds immediately after delivery (baby, blood and water). I was sent home on 12 weighing 166 pounds. I was the only breastfeeding this child (there is no formula supplements or water) and less than two weeks later I weigh 150 lbs. I eat like crazy … much too high in fat (not all high in fat, but I do indulge in occaision .. Alfredo and the like). Has anyone else experienced this super-fast weight loss while breastfeeding?

Blood type diet (type O) anyone got good to say?

My Naturpath has just recommened that I try this but the overwhelming evidence I have looked on the Web is negative. It is a fraud, defective, another money making book etc! Has anyone been a positive experience with this diet. Its been recommended not only for weight loss, but to prevent possible future disease, as O I can myself vulnerable. Even with the general good feeling to help now? Only it seems just a bit retrictive and cut food groups.

Dinner Smart Ones frozen dinners, perhaps sometimes with a small salad with barley, each association. Dessert – Small Golden Spoon frozen yogurt, or sometimes Weight Watchers ice cream bar. I need tips on what to do on my Diet, because I know I'm missing a lot. I'm not worried about my weight, I do not really think I'm fat, it's just that I want to know what you should eat a normal child at my age and height. I'm still in school, so I need something easy and nutritous. Thank you! * Please include snacks …
