Phase 1 stick like a religion! Phase 2 is less stringent. I am at the 5th Day and have lost 5,5 kg! You have the book, I suppose. It is easy to read and has many delicious recipes. I think the milk into the hot chocolate is the poor Thing, but if it is against your nightly dessert (I have blue bunny Creamsicle was the ricotta) not to my taste, you should be good. This is my second time with this Diet. Came many years ago when it was new, and I in swimsuit shape this way fed and I think it's quite healthy. Good luck to you!
