Why vegetarians are healthier considered if a balanced diet is important that meat is healthy in the right quantities?
There are healthy and non-vegetarians as well as healthy and not healthy people who eat meat. I know vegetarians who are very over weight and because they fill up unheathy noodles Cheese and other junk. They do not eat many vegetables at all. I eat meat, but I think it is balanced with plenty of vegetables and fruits, so I turn into heathier and eat a balanced diet. Lean meat is healthy in the right amounts. Most people do not know what size a reasonable portion of meat or anything else for that matter, so that 2 out of 3 people are overweight. I hope that answers your question. =)
