I've been working hard to lose weight for over a year. I'm 5'7 "and started at 315 pounds where I rolled myself into a size 28. Now I'm up to 225 and I am somewhere between 20 and 22 pants and a shirt 16-18 (also Section size only – the 16-18 in the newspaper sector is very small). Being so close to regular sizes again I'm starting to wonder great for my weight? I've read some forums weight loss and most women seem to be a regular size 16 now. I average a 20. Does anyone have I guess when that would fit in a 14-16 loss in the section? Any advice from someone who has lost much weight, would be greatly appreciated.
Hello. I was wondering if you can lose weight and build muscle while lifting weights.?
I lift weights 3 days and 1 out of 40 minutes a day and do 40 minutes of cardio on the same day. My goal is to lose about 40 pounds, but at the same time trying to build muscle. My question is, I will do with the routine I'm doing? Please help, I'm not wasting my time. Thanks
Building muscle helps you lose fat. Do not think too much about of their weight. The muscles are heavier than fat, and if they are heavy because of muscle is good.
