this is a good way to lose weight?

Okay, I used a BMR calculator and my rate is 1577.5, and I usually do cardio, 5 days a week for 44 minutes … I used a calculator that gave a rough estimate of 436 calories burned during cardio at 44 mintutes. thus, equivalent to 2013 calories a day …. So what I am asking that should reduce or increase my calorie intake, if so, how, to achieve weight loss? thanks in advance

Whenever a doctor draws blood, it will show the use of diet pills?

I lost blood, when I go to the doctor. If the use of diet pills in The results are demonstrated. They are not testing for drugs just like a regular examination of the electrolytes potassium and stuff like that.

If the doctor does not test for something specific, they will not check the blood sample for different compounds. Well, if you stop taking pills that are artificially to reduce or increase your electrolytes, an effect that could show, and then the doctor may wonder what causes it.
