Is the lemon and cayenne pepper diet, or "purge" of health professionals to recommend?

This clean "" sounds absolutely unhealthy, but some people are convinced that anti-oxidant on the results. Is this for real or just another nutty diet scheme?

Biggest Loser Workout DVD. Have you used any?

I just got the biggest loser weight loss yoga, bootcamp, and 30 days Jillian's crush. Has anyone used, and what were your results!? also, can I use them all take turns? I see results? I'm moving from Seattle Houston, May 19, rain, sun = / I'm doing everything healthy, but I want the best, fastest fat burning exercises …

My wife and I are doing the most minimum 30 days now. There are 3 levels for the DVD, we can not get past the first without dying, though, LOL. We're still working on it and although they are improving. Whatever you'll probably be devoted to one at a time … maybe give them each a month.
