Ask those who Fast … about the foods you eat afterwards?
I'm relatively anorexic, but not always for reasons of weight loss (when my weight is maintained by not having tinnitus or TMJ problems, but I suffer with a specific gravity). Anyway, I fast a lot, and I realized that it really hate the chemicals and additives found in most of our food (USA). For example, corn syrup, high fructose as an ingredient driews my mouth, makes me a little aggitated, and produces a bad taste in my mouth, I'm hungry and usually die for thirst after drinking (but not if not if I ate everything else or not). A lot of similar ingredients, but I was a little different and not usually so great that not as a measure. For me, its like our food are covered addictive drugs that promote heavily on beverages (bottled water is the number one beverage) and food consumption. If you have also realized, by Please list the additives or ingredients that bother you, and the effects seem to have.

I want to lose weight!?
Seriously, I want to lose a substantial amount of weight in a healthy way. Normally I am for not putting a limit on the loss weight and I think the best mood during weight loss is more work to get fit and healthy, but the reality is that I have around 80 lbs. to lose and I recently agreed with another woman who has about 80 lbs. to lose than we would try to lose in 6 months. We both have reasons to want the weight gone in 6 months, but I'm looking for tips and any advice I can give a healthy way to achieve our goal. Only serious answers please! (I'm not looking to get answers as to starve or drugs) are also joining a women's fitness gym so I will be working. We chose to work at 4 or 5 times a week. And we will also keep a diary of food intake and our progress.

We all know that diet is a "head game." When the mind is made up, nothing else matters. If your head is in the right place, the temptations most delicious you will not get it off the track. If you really have decided he is ready to lose weight, losing weight, then yes! Being motivated is a powerful sense glorious!
Maintaining the motivation … now it can be difficult! Many times we try to get inspired by external factors. We want someone or some product or any plans to encourage us. I think the real motivation, the kind that holds that through a long and grueling battle weight loss, only can come from within.
