Am I crazy to think that high carb diet works better for me? It gives me more energy in the gym and I feel mine?

Workout Improvement with a high carb diet as a low CARG / protein diet. I also feel like I have more evergy even if I do not work in contrast to the CARG have low / high protein. A thing also, I notice if I click on the Low-Carb-bin / high protein diet, my body does not recover form quickly when I am in pain Am at the high carb diet. My body prefers high carb diet. I have lost weight on both programs. But I think my fitness is more on the high carb diet. My training is very intense.
