Can you make line graphs in Microsoft Excel?
I want to make a line chart in Excel to control weight loss. Can do there and how? Please and thank you.
Just Select the cells with different values. You can then choose the Chart Wizard icon, or go through the selection menu INSERT ==> Chart … From the dialog box that appears, choose "Line" for the type of graph. And then choose a chart subtype from the selection available. You can then click the Finish button to immediately see your letter, or proceed through the other steps in the wizard and also modify the options.
The target weight loss realistic?
I'm 165 pounds and five feet high. I am seventeen and women and have been struggling to lose weight in all months. Exercising regularly and eating a small amount of calories per day (generally from 1200 to 1400). I make sure to drink plenty of water, and eat frequently. I eat lots of vegetables, low-fat dairy products, lean meat and fruit, and small amounts of whole grain products. Recently we learned that other are struggling to lose weight, whereas in control Seasonique (birth), so I'm switching to a weight that is more neutral. take dance classes three times a week (ballet and modern mix), I have a class to express physical (aerobic exercise 2 times a week, yoga once) and I also take a class yoga after school once a week. I also just bought turbo jam and I'm planning to do one of the movies once a day, this entire exercise, Is it realistic that you could lose 45 pounds by march? Or even April at the latest? Thanks for your input, I also want advice!
How far can go with the body hardened skin naturally around the abdomen after losing weight?
I now weigh 227 pounds and I'm making progress toward a goal of weighing between 145-160. What a terrible time I will have loose skin around my abdomen? I see people that gastric bypass and I'm appalled by the excess of skin you have and terror that I think (of course these people weigh a lot more important than me before surgery, but still scary to see!) I only do about 50 abs a day along with an hour of exercise a day to meet my goal weight within one year. I cut my calories they eat up to 1,200 a day so. Thanks for your help. I have not had gastric bypass, I feel motivated to lose weight on my own!
How do I get back after their period of weight loss?
I am 17 years old, 5'6, 135 lbs. I just recently lose 50 pounds, and have not had my period in three months. no way I could be pregnant, so I know that weight loss made me lose my time. I'm done lose weight, but I was wondering how and when my period back? Is there something I need to do?
