The price of losing some weight, but I want really some support. All those diet plans like South Beach or Slimfast have websites offering support, but is there a site that does not trying to send you to buy their product. I have to confess something … i did not read the book, but my colleague helped me. in currently in week 1 of phase 1 and ive lost 6 pounds so far! a few months before I doin Herbalife and in these two months, I've only lost 10 pounds.
