Like your cat, you do take off? Yes practice makes, but how?
My cat Gray is 20 pounds. He has to get off weight, I know a diet blah blah blah. What my real question is how do I excerise him? HELLP Pleasee:)
Go into a store and buy a laser pointer. Turn It on and wave at them, the cats will catch your attention. Then you should chase your cat around and do this everyday.Dont get it in your cat's eye. My cat, when you wave on a wall he will try to jump 1 meter high and get it. If you have little toy mice puts them on a cord and let it run dangle.then the mouse button, if your cat chases the mouse. There are some mice like certain cats.

How do I get a flat stomach in 2 weeks?
I am going girl on a beach / clubbing holiday with 5 of my friends, all UK size 8-10. I am a size 12, but I'm happy with my figuire is the only thing I'm apple shaped so that I have a lot extra weight in my stomach have and the love handles and have to lose! For the last 3 weeks I went to pump the body twice a week, exercises with the gym for cardio training twice a week while my own stomach at home almost daily. I got lost on the cabbage soup diet last week 5 pounds (which I have not made again), but there is no difference to my stomach! I have 2 weeks and I do not know what to do! Please help: (Incase you have not read I have done cardio to pump workouts and body (This is an hour long class consists of toning exercises for the whole body)
