Like an unbalanced diet can lead to type 2 diabetes?

what kind of diet if you need to get type 2 diabetes? meaning of nutrition?

What are foods to try to avoid and prevent diabetes?

Type 2 diabetes runs in my family, including my grandmother and my father have. My diet is not the best in the first place, but I will do my best to try and avoid diabetes in the future.

You do not have the money to buy the book, it only took a short tutorial what to eat what is best for my blood.
