Diet every other day … please help …?

I started the diet every other day, if you do not know what it is. It is when you eat normally for a Day and then fast (not eat any food) on the day after and, at that. I've eaten today so bad fast tomorrow:) How much weight do you think of losing ill and eat sick max of 1200 at the Essen days and probably only drink water, on the fasting days, and maybe some juice or something. 5'9 198.8 pounds in weight as much as much you think you lose sick?

If you eat breakfast right when you get up or wait a little?

Whats best for you and for the metabolism of a diet, eating Breakfast like the minute you wake up or wait 30 minutes or an hour or so? THANK YOU! Best answer 10 points!

From what I've read your body will not start to burn calories until you have eaten (fueled your body). You should eat within 30 minutes after waking.

How can I lose, 3-4 £ per week? (Diet and / or exercise tips very grateful for that)?

The attempt, reasons for the health, lose weight, I do not use pills or diets, just a regular diet and exercise and I try to gear my diet a higher protein, moderate carb, low fat style. Would also like to know what is best cardio exercises for weight loss (I currently work on the elliptical, treadmill and Ergometer not spinning). Goal Weight: 163 pounds. Today: ~ 200 pounds. Any / all tips are welcome: D!
