Can a dog rebound of kidney disease?

My dog is 6 and he has six weeks statred drinking mass quantities of H20 and pee everywhere. I took him to the vet immediately, the number of blood tests preformed one. He had protien loss and we got a second Opinion, which was the same. He was given antibiotics. At that time he was on the k / d diet he hates was taken. He stopped eating quite as he started the home-made low protien diet and he eats that fine, but we need to change recipes every few days. He was also high blood pressure (195) diagnosed. The 10.5 protien and 195 BP was taken at 30.10. We took him to a specialist for ultrasound and blood tests more and x-rays. Ultrasound and X-ray came back 100% normal. BP was 168 and Protien 9.3 (11/12), which are both slight improvements. He had a positive Rocky Mountian Fever and Lyme. He seems a bit better and we are with strong antibiotics. Can he Rebond and no one has by this?

My dog (mut one, has short hair), superficial pyoderma on the inside the hind legs. The main skin problem is a bunch of little red circles, are swollen, and take up to 1 / 2 inches on his inner thigh. No pus But they look like bubbles. The vet only him mg twice daily cephalexin 500th He weighs 65 pounds and is 1.5 years old. His diet is Blue (natural food) with Organic vegetables combined. I give him vitamin E (800 mg per day after the vet), vitamin C (500 mg daily) and salmon oil. What else should I add, his diet? He has the antibiotic for 4 days now and it is still looks the same. I calendula and aloe gel on it. What is a natural way to treat it? His diet has not changed, he has no fleas, and he never has allergies. Please help. Thank you!
