Please help with my diet, how is it possible for me to diet / exercise with three children?

I'm trying all kinds of diets, but all give so much to measure for and I do not have time to go to the gym, so what should I do? I really want to loose 10 pounds, but it is really hard with a family. Do you know of any diets or exercises that would be better suited for work outside the FT mother at home?
