If I start a weight training regimen to help with fat loss, I get bulky? It is important for weight training?
In the past 2 years I have gained about 51 pounds.'m 21 and weight 165 pounds. That would not be so bad if I were I only 5'8''pero 5'1''. I want to get back to a healthy weight. About 125. (I was 114, but I think that was too small. I looked "taco" so say. When I was 120-125 l looked good.) Anyway, I start an exercise routine, but do not know where to start. I know I need at least 30 minutes cardio a day. How strong? Is it okay for me to lift weights? My boyfriend says that lifting weights is important for fat loss, but I'm really worried about looking like a linebacker. So far in my family, both women and men to build muscle mass quickly, even if you begin with light weight lifting. I want to build strength too, that in bulk "disappear" with consistent lifting some weight? I love to run (only for pleasure and inconsistent – to relieve stress), but my legs got bigger for a while and then they got smaller. Does the training weight function the same?
Hey everyone! Wonder if anyone has any tried and weight loss tips and tricks? For example, I heard Green tea speeds up the metabolism? I have no idea if it's true, but these are the types of tricks I'm looking for. Things that can be used in conjunction with my new diet healthy and exercise plan! hi im 15 and am EXTREMELY athletic. I do about 3-4 hours fencing intensive / excersise each day. I'm 6'1 "and 200 pounds. My goal is to be 170-175. Diet plans? Advice? Sites?
