Is there any research that shows if you exercise at a heart rate in individual or organization aerobic training in a particular way improves weight loss? (Aside from just burns more calories). I am aware of the theory of "burning fat "zone. The question is about the research or similar.

Are you aware of the theory of the zone to burn fat … is more or less a pitcher, Right? (Google 'burn fat myth "for more information.) Train registered as tolerated, especially train intervals. At the end you burn more calories more fat and total calories (because you are burning more calories).

Does anyone have a weight loss plan I can go eat??

I weigh 65 kilos (143 pounds) and I would lose the last 5lbs (11 pounds). I lost a lot of weight already, but I was so stupid and how she stopped eating .. I know that to lose weight, you have to eat healthy and excersize tol but does anyone has a real plan to eat weekly working??
