If your triglyceride level is very high, but your blood sugar is normal, what are your treatment options are there?
Eating a low-fat diet is probably a good idea. It is easier said than done. Let's face it. We Americans love high-fat diet. What other treatment options have You? What are the pros and cons of each option? Where can I get more information about each treatment option?
I. Am. On. Fire. I’ve lost another 3.8 lbs this week. That brings my total weight lost to 70.4 lbs. SEVENTY!!!! That’s crazy. I now weigh 277.6 lbs. I have 30 more pounds to lose to reach my next major goal of 248 lbs. At that point I will see where I am at and what my new goals will be. I will also have reached the 100 lb weight loss goal at that point.

This is probably due to the Fact that they consume the fats come mainly from red meat. are unsaturated fats. are saturated fats. Trans fats are.
Mediterranean Diet, olive oil makes for most fats they consume. Olive oil is a monounsaturated fat, I would say the answer is unsaturated Fatty acids. hope this helps!
