There is good news and bad news about the Wu-Long Tea diet that is so prevalent on the internet today. Do any search for “lose weight fast” and you will eventually find yourself reading an advertisement for Wu-Long Tea. These expensive programs claim quick weight loss results if you consume their mysterious and previously “unavailable” tea blends. Although some research studies absolutely support the fact that Wu-Long tea speeds up metabolism, the amazing truth is that all teas have those same qualities. Also, you don’t need to buy Wu-Long tea from these overpriced sources because they’re not selling anything you can’t already purchase at the local grocery store.

Being hyped as the most important weight loss book of the year isn’t an easy accolade to live up to. You never really know how much of the buzz is based on marketing hype or reputation for past works or both. I recently had a comment made by a website promoting their product. I went and checked it out before I posted it. Geesh, I can’t believe the claims people can make about their weight loss.
Many years ago, someone talked me into buying the product. This picture is what the pills look like. I remember there was a powder stuff to use for shakes.
I remember having a little pill container with 6 separate slots. Some pills you take three times a day, others were two. It was rather confusing. I used masking tape to write down which pills were to be taken when. It was ridiculous.
