Has anyone used Slim4Life centers weight loss before?
I am 31 and weigh too much and I lose my excess weight safely, effectively, and I'm listening to ads on local radio stations here in MN, how successful these radio personalities have had with this place and I'm thinking throguh go seriously its agenda. But before I do I know if is as good as advertising or if, as in many other cases people are saying what they are paid to say. (For Please do not diatribes against capitalism here) How come my questions that says I have three responses, but only appears when I open it?
My highest weight was 305 pounds. I was unhealthy, unfit and looked it. For 10 years I struggled with obesity until I finally reached the point where I knew something had to change. I had tried over and over to get started losing weight, but something always seemed to get in the way.
Finally, after becoming frightened I could end up housebound, severely ill or dead, I got serious about my weight and lost 150 pounds. I didn’t join a group, use any supplements, eat weird foods or have surgery. I’ve maintained the loss for twelve years, through four more pregnancies.
Reflecting on the Week
Another week and another positive weight loss experience. AWESOME! This time I lost 3.6 lbs. That’s perfectly in line with my monthly goal of 15 to 20 lbs. So far this month I have lost a little over 12 lbs. This past week was a weird one. Why? Well, because I felt as if I wasn’t working out enough or eating healthy enough. Although, I was! That’s what’s so weird about it. I was eating the right things, while still not restricting myself to the extreme. I was still working out and getting my sweat on, but it all felt like it wasn’t enough. I am glad to see that it WAS enough. I honestly wasn’t expecting any weight loss this week, so 3.6 lbs is a great number. Andp it’s a realistic one. The anticipation of hoping on my EatSmart digital bathroom scale was killing me. I am so glad it went well.
I try to 10 pounds in the next 2 months to lose … Diet plan, what would you recommend?
Reduce your candy before and things with a lot of sugar, and try some kind of additional activities in the afternoons, you are not busy, for example, a couple of times in the Week could you go incoporate a nice walk or a short bike ride.
