Does anyone have a wheat diet plan, what they have for each meal?
I am looking for suggestions and ideas on how to avoid it, only without wheat wheat free bread. I'm all for diversity, search and easy to prepare and interesting food, not just rice bubbles for breakfast every morning. I have a set of food allergies but wheat is the strongest and most frequent carrying. I am looking for a plan or an official or leader of a personal one. Each Help would be greatly appreciated. I really appreciate and care i DNT many of my papers I have to use to print the book, as long as its free! I am on a weight loss muscle mantainence diet. I use whey protein and L-glutamine.How is my diet?
I am with my result satisfied. I consume between 1800-2300 calories. (High protein, carbohydrates, MD () very low sugar and low fat), I supplement with 50-70 grams of whey and 10-15 grams L-glutamine. I also have a little drink black coffee before exercise. I 10-12 hours of cardio and free weights 3 hours per week. I do not take diet pills. I agree with this Regime happy to be me might seem to reduce body fat and mantaining (building) muscle. but I'm always on the lookout for improvements. Any suggestions??
I'm wanting to lose weight, I know I have to exercise and eat healthy, but am having trouble brushing my meals, do not eat red meat, only chicken and fish. I am open to any diet plan, please help. thankyou:)
