It is no secret that getting motivated to work out is sometimes as easy as threading a camel through the eye of a needle. We all have things going on: errands to run, dinners to cook; and fitting a workout into the schedule can be nearly impossible.

But if you find something that you enjoy and look forward to, it will be easier for you to make time for it. We all make time to eat; mostly because it is a fabulous pastime. But the other end of the spectrum is oftentimes harder to enjoy. By taking part in an exercise routine that you loathe, chances are slim that you will continue to do it.

This statement appeared in my e-mail this morning, as a motivational message of the day. Telling the truth. A child who does not try to walk that only tracking, and eventually come to believe that there was "something wrong with them" that prevented them from walking. This time of year many of my patients come to me requesting information on weight loss. There is a lot of information, and misinformation, available to the public which often times is contradictory and confusing. My very first comments to patients wanting to go on a weight loss program, are, that there are no “miracle methods” to weight loss. To achieve long-term and sustainable weight loss, there are still only two important factors: proper diet and exercise. Nevertheless, patients ask me what they can do to at least get started on weight loss. I’ve compiled some basic weight loss procedures, and my thoughts on them. If you have any more specific questions about the topics, post them in the comments and I will try to address the ones that I can.

I understand what he is trying to say. It sounds a bit weird with "nutrition" and "injections". Essentially, we are trained from a young age, intellectually lazy and docile, obedient, and are easily accessible from the Authority control. Finally, we are prisoners of our own spirit …. I do not think he really inspiring here.
