We all love to snack. It is one of those pleasures in life that would be really hard to give up. dieters need to give up a certain amount of calories per day. How can snacking help them?
“Mindless Eating” by Dr. Brian Wansink documents how we eat without thinking about it. Basically, if there is food in front of us, it takes a incredibly strong will not to eat it. And you can use this fact of human behavior to help you eat healthily. Just make sure that the healthy thing is the food in front of you instead of the potato chips.

Does anyone else find it odd that we get to seepage each year?
I mean seriously! 50 years ago in America there was no child oncology specialists .. why? Because children didn't get cancer. Infertility was less than 5% in 1930 … Now, what is it? almost 40%! What was the rate of heart disease 100 years ago? 5%, Well, what is it? 65%! (Maybe later im not sure) a hundred years ago cancer was rare, now the number one killer! What the hell? In fact, all chronic diseases are on the rise. Things people are still didn't get 50 years ago was thought of as normal. And yet we spend billions on health care and low-fat diet … hmm-Hat anyone else find that this is a bit odd? And scary? Thoughts? Yes chris a couple of cancer, but not the terrible sentence we do now! 1 of every 3 people suffer from cancer on! That did not use to be the case.
