Wow, the site was down for I don’t even know how long. Too much! Somehow we got hacked and our database was corrupted. But Fat Man Unleashed was able to survive! Thanks to my trusty back-ups and through some hard work/countless hours I managed to get us back on track. Sounds like my weight loss journey. Ha.

Seriously though, we were down for several days and I was locked out for a long time. Things should be back to normal now. I’m just glad the site is back up, people were probably beginning to think I abandoned them being all wishy-washy. You know, like I am…

When people are starting their weight loss journey, they always sent themselves some type of goal.  Some set a goal to lose “X” amount of weight.  Some set more detailed goals to lose “X” amont of weight.

To reach their weight loss goals, people use various diets, pills, and drinks combined with exercise. There are so many weight loss gimmicks out there, with more being presented every day.  It’s a real money maker for these companies.

Exercise Advertisements Make You Eat More

this is my bookI guess it’s an oxymoron like “jumbo shrimp” or “yeah-no.” But to make America’s obesity problems even worse, our own fitness ads have turned against us!

Now, it’s not nearly as bad as Skynet becoming self aware, but it isn’t good either. Researchers from the University of Illinois claim after being exposed to advertisements promoting exercise, people actually experience an increase in appetite and eat more.
