Ahhh!!!I gained 2 lbs. No!! Why me? Why me? LMAO. I’m kidding, it’s not that serious. I did gain two lbs but it’s most likely water weight since I was a little constipated over the weekend. That’s right. I said it… I was constipated! While the scale read 2 lbs heavier than last week, my mind knows that I am right on track so it didn’t devastate me like I thought it would.
Here is the weight loss chart:

From diet Blog Share:
I found Jon Gabriel’s book and CD late last year. To me, it is the missing link. I have tried just about everything including many diets, weight watchers, Jenny Craig, Tony Ferguson, etc etc. I even had lapband surgery twice many years ago, and still have an adjustable band in place, but enlarged to the maximum. That is the only way I could keep food down.

I finally broke the 300 lb plateau I’ve had since I started this blog. I’m in the 200’s now. It was time for my weekly weigh-in this morning and although I felt confident that I would drop weight, I was not expecting to be down a staggering 10.6 lbs this week! That’s right! I dropped down below 300 lbs for the first time in many, many years. I don’t quite know how to react except to keep on doing what I am doing so that I can reach my goals each week.

Tell me if this sounds familiar? They were carefully adhering to your diet for a week, and you're still four times a week with so much momentum and force how you have been, but suddenly moving the scale anymore. You know you've hit a weight loss plateau, but how can you break it?
If You increase your calorie intake as some books say, you should because of the fact that your body is used to lower calorie intake of your diet, so You need to shake it? Or should increase train your perception?

I think it may have reached a plateau of weight loss?
Hi guys, I am a girl of 17 and 147 pounds 5ft7 myself, I weighed 170 pounds, and that was in January. So I'm a bit unhappy with my weight loss (Coulda happened faster, but I had no willpower). I know I am a healthy weight for my height, but my stomach is so weak and so is my ass and my arms but I know I have muscle underneath the fat, because when I stretched out. Is it really necessary to get rid of this fat. But I'm stuck at 147 pounds! What can I do? I eat a maximum of 1200 Cal a day, I exercise 4-6 times a week, how I can overcome this, I was 147 pounds for 3 weeks, my weight just will not go any suggestions, please let me know. I goal of 133 pounds, so I have no too far to go. I do not want to be stick thin, I want a slim athletic figure
