Setting small goals?

What it means to set small goals to lose weight by? This week I will avoid sugar and sweets, Cake, cola, lemonade and all the junk food to them entirely. then next week I will be a healthy eating plan, start of 1600 calories per day. and then the second Week I will with the training (1 hour walk every day). this setting small goals? Shoulder, I know that or just start doing all these at the same time?

If a Sugarless soda or soda decays teeth faster Sugarful?

I'm doing a science project, and I will use as a 3 'Brands' or soda with a normal one with sugar and the other as the diet version without sugar. I am represented with eggs, to the teeth. So I need some information about Previous to that which causes tooth decay, etc etc. .. Thanks guys!

Going healthy (gastro-targeting), how can I (nutrition, food, movement begin?) Personalized answers plz?

I have recently I returned from a trip missions work in the kitchen, and won. I'm 5'3 and weight around 126 right around my normal weight 118th I am not overweight or do not think I'm fat, but most is in my butt and belly. I would love to lose a few pounds and tone my body, especially with the concentration in these areas. I am addicted to sugar, so I need a good way to start. It would be difficult for me to wake up tomorrow with a completely new lifestyle, so that this will be a process for me, and I am ready to take my time. I am not looking for some diet pill that will not be successful. I would love to hear from those of you who lost weight or toned and exactly how you did it. What is the main area with foods I avoid should be, how many meals should I eat a day, snacking is okay? Is the diet worth pounds, as Bob Green's Best Life Diet? Whatever sport or exercise is Tone the best part? What I should be complemented, where is a weight smart work in a day? Thank you!
