Weekly Weigh-in 3.4 lbs lostWeek two of being under 300 lbs. Another week and another few pounds lost. This time I lost 3.4 lbs, much less than the 10+ lbs from last week, but it’s right around where I want to be on a weekly basis. I think at this point I can consistently lose 2 to 3 lbs a week with no sweat. Well, I need to sweat but you know what I mean.

From diet Blog Share: At my age (72) you become very set in your ways, but I changed my life style. I feel better than I have for ages and have the annual physical numbers to prove it.

About a year ago my wife and I decided to embrace wellness and started to live by the philosophy of diet + exercise + Supplements = Wellness. Our diet is low/nonfat, balanced and we exercise portion control. We eat most everything, but not a lot of it. Secondly we exercise 4 to 5 times a week which includes treadmill, weight lifting and even “hot” Yoga.
