Exercise to help you lose weight on hips?

In recent months I have lost so much weight in my stomach / thighs / butt thanks to work regularly and eating better. But I do not know why but you can not lose weight on my hips, and just above where you wear trousers. I have a small trunk, and my hips are wide, is that possibly what appears theres a lot of weight? There are certain exercises to help get rid of the weight around my hips?
