I want to lose weight?
I weigh around 133 pounds. I know it's kind of light compared to others, but my average weight was 120 before. How can I back down? I have two months before I left for a college summer program and I really would like to look my best. Senior year is I come from, and I just want a whole new look. I struggled with depression for almost a year and a half, and now I am glad to say I am past, and have found that life is good again! I've learned I feel better when I set goals and work to achieve them and I want to help with this. Each Exercise, diet ideas and concepts? Yeah I'm so vegan, but perhaps only drinks water and no food would last seven effective? Many, many thanks.

This time of year many of my patients come to me requesting information on weight loss. There is a lot of information, and misinformation, available to the public which often times is contradictory and confusing. My very first comments to patients wanting to go on a weight loss program, are, that there are no “miracle methods” to weight loss. To achieve long-term and sustainable weight loss, there are still only two important factors: proper diet and exercise. Nevertheless, patients ask me what they can do to at least get started on weight loss. I’ve compiled some basic weight loss procedures, and my thoughts on them. If you have any more specific questions about the topics, post them in the comments and I will try to address the ones that I can.

From diet Blog Share:
My highest weight was 305 pounds. I was unhealthy, unfit and looked it. For 10 years I struggled with obesity until I finally reached the point where I knew something had to change. I had tried over and over to get started losing weight, but something always seemed to get in the way.
Finally, after becoming frightened I could end up housebound, severely ill or dead, I got serious about my weight and lost 150 pounds. I didn’t join a group, use any supplements, eat weird foods or have surgery. I’ve maintained the loss for twelve years, through four more pregnancies.

I have received an email from an employee at a Tennessee LA Weight Loss Center in regards to centers closing in her area shortly. If you are a member of one of the centers in Memphis, Germantown or Bartlett TN, you need to get a refund. At least attempt to get your money back. They are closing in a matter of weeks.
She states Germantown and Memphis LA Weightloss Centers are still running commercials to sign people up, knowing they are closing in a few weeks. She states that if you are presently a member, you should already notice that all the counselors are gone. They got rid of everyone of them because they didn’t want them to tell any of the clients the Centers were closing.
