If you are not having much luck to get to lose the extra baggage by diet in the usual way, maybe it's time to rethink the process a little. Being overweight is something you may have had to deal all his life, but if you are planning on reducing the sagging, getting into the last program of diet alone is not going to make it happen. The weight loss during early pregnancy? I'm 7 weeks pregnant with my first child …?
In the past 2 weeks I lost 8 pounds. I'm having difficulty eating and keeping down. Honestly, I can not stand the sight or thought of food. I am currently taking Zofran for nausea. Any suggestion about food and weight loss is normal?
