If you need laxatives to lose weight can be a great alternative, which is relatively inexpensive and works. plans effective weight loss for men?

because of high blood pressure, my husband quit smoking 3 years ago. Now he is this 100 pounds (maybe more) that is the belly really tired of carrying around. For some reason, not to speak with a dietitian and your doctor offered. There is a physical training 2 or 3 times a week. I prepare healthy meals but overeating, food and gets drunk out on the couch was too cold asap.It here (below 40 degrees Celsius) to walk the dog or doing something outside. Does anyone know of sites that have specific plans to diet mens weight loss?
