How many percent of body fat can u lose in a week when on a weight loss program?

in general? if a person is in a healthy reduced calorie diet and exercise program (5 times a week cardio and weights 2x per week )…. is a loss of 0.5% fat body a week reasonable? I am currently 28% BF, so I just want an estimate especially those who have been in the weight loss programs and monitoring their progress with% BF …

It all depends on your body weight. Try one of the calculators http://www.magnetic-diet.com

Diet questions … Please help!?

I wanted to go on a diet and have a few questions. I've never tried a diet before. Last year, I donated to 40 lbs. I'd like to go about it the easiest and fastest way. :) Any good diet pills that? I find myself still be hungry and not just Food meets the suggested portion size. Why is this so? How do I do not feel hungry anymore? Know of any websites that has read a simple meal planner? That is to I only eat meat is chicken, turkey and ham. I do not know what cottage cheese or grapefruit. (I know I'm picky!) It was so difficult to find one! What I can have healthy food items on the menu I did not replace it? Thank you very much!

A Tip or Two for Motivation…

It is no secret that getting motivated to work out is sometimes as easy as threading a camel through the eye of a needle. We all have things going on: errands to run, dinners to cook; and fitting a workout into the schedule can be nearly impossible.

But if you find something that you enjoy and look forward to, it will be easier for you to make time for it. We all make time to eat; mostly because it is a fabulous pastime. But the other end of the spectrum is oftentimes harder to enjoy. By taking part in an exercise routine that you loathe, chances are slim that you will continue to do it.
